Including renewed support in the commercial sector
The new apprentices have started at the Dortmund site: Lukas Bitterschulte, trainer for construction mechanics (left), and Rouven Grabowski, trainer for electronics technicians in industrial engineering (right), are supervising Nikita Zabarin (construction mechanic) and Polat Yesilkaya (electronics technician for industrial engineering). Tim Mitroussis is starting out as a prospective industrial clerk – marking the first time in years that ABP has resumed training in this area, with the goal of ensuring high-quality succession for senior colleagues. The apprentices rotate through various departments, giving them the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and build connections with their colleagues. One thing is clear: apprentices will once again be recruited for 2026. A total of 228 applications were received for the newly launched apprenticeship cohort. Currently, 15 apprentices are active at ABP.
