Holistic induction technology for key industrial processes
This area represents the technological heart of ABP Induction. It shows how induction technology is conceived holistically – from metallurgical process design and high-performance plant concepts to service and digitalization.

ABP develops induction solutions for foundries, forges, steel mills, and aluminum processing. This is based on a deep understanding of processes that has grown worldwide and is incorporated into modular, energy-efficient, and highly available systems. The focus is on productivity, safety, and low life cycle costs.

A key issue is the decarbonization of energy-intensive processes. Induction enables the substitution of fossil fuels, significantly reduces CO₂ emissions, and at the same time improves economic efficiency – for example, in the context of green steel or aluminum die casting.

The plant technology is complemented by digital solutions for simulating, controlling, and monitoring processes. Platforms such as ABP Intelligence and myABP create transparency, support data-based decisions, and increase operational reliability.

With its “C3 – The Circle of Service” service concept, ABP supports its customers throughout the entire life cycle of the plant – from commissioning to modernization.
