ABP Induction offers services for the metalworking industry. The range of services is divided into three levels, from installation and commissioning, repair and spare parts to modernization. The service is summarized under the label “C3 – The Circle of Service.”
Care Level 1: Installation and commissioning
The ABP service team assists with the complete commissioning of an induction system. Customers benefit directly from their investment. In addition, employees are trained and instructed in the operation of the system. This is complemented by advice on all questions relating to the ABP induction system right from the start.
Care Level 2: Repair and spare parts
The most important task of the service team is to prevent downtime. Preventive maintenance contracts anticipate the wear and tear of parts and thus ensure the productivity of the system operation. If something unexpected occurs despite the best planning, customer service is available around the clock. With branches and partners in all major industrial regions of the world, the necessary spare parts can be sourced and help provided quickly – usually within 24 hours.
Care Level 3: Modernization
C3 Complete Customer Care also covers topics such as modernization, general overhaul, or audits. With its comprehensive expertise in the field of induction systems, ABP Induction can offer a competitive advantage. This may involve a change of location, modernization of a system, or a general overhaul.
Solutions
ABP Basic Safety Paket
The “ABP Basic Safety Package” provides important basic protection for your equipment. To ensure that you are prepared for all eventualities, we recommend upgrading to the extended package. It contains important safety features for almost complete protection:
– Automatic system for checking grounding
– Localization of yoke insulation faults (mechanical)
– Detection of metal penetration
You can also connect your equipment to ABP’s digital solutions. This makes your equipment Industry 4.0-ready and gives you the ability to monitor its status and provides support for remote maintenance and repair. With these solutions, ABP also offers repair, upgrade, and overhaul services for equipment from other manufacturers.

ABP EcoTop hood
Working conditions in smelting plants are heavily dependent on the efficiency of the collection and treatment of fumes from the furnaces. The key to this is a hood that operates under optimal conditions. Based on many years of experience, ABP offers the EcoTop® hood, which it developed in-house.
