You may visit our website without disclosing personal information. We will merely save so-called “server log files,” access data without personal references, e.g., the name of your Internet service provider, your Internet browser, the page from which you are visiting us, the time and date of your access or the name of the requested file. This data will only be used to improve our offer and cannot be traced back to you.
This anonymous data is saved separately from any personal data you may provide and therefore cannot be used for personal identification. For data collected for website delivery purposes, this will apply when the respective session ends.
2. Collection and Processing Personal Data
Use of a service provided by our company through our website may require the processing of personal data. If there is no legal basis for the processing of personal data, we will obtain the data subject’s consent. This will be displayed where required, e.g., when you register on our website, request our newsletter or contact us through our contact form. The legal basis for processing for which we obtain your consent is Art. 6(1) Letter a of the General Data Protection Regulation. If the processing of personal data is required for contract fulfillment or initiation (e.g., for the delivery of goods, the performance of such services or inquiries about our products or services), processing will be performed on the basis of Art. 6(1) Letter b of the General Data Protection Regulation.
We will save and use personal data transmitted by you, such as your name, company, address, email address or telephone number, for individual communication with you in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the New Version of the German Federal Data Protection Act [Bundesdatenschutzgesetz n.F., BDSG-neu]. Please note that confidential information should not be transmitted through the contact form.

If we are contacted by email for the purposes of concluding a contract, an additional legal basis for processing will be Art. 6(1) Letter b of the General Data Protection Regulation.

For the processing of the data, your consent is obtained during the registration process and reference is made to this privacy policy. The legal basis for the processing of the data after the user has registered for the newsletter is Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR.
The legal basis for sending the newsletter as a result of the sale of goods or services is Section 7 (3) „Act Against Unfair Competition“.
