Till Schreiter - CEO
Till Schreiter joined ABP as CEO in 2015 and has over 20 years of national and international experience in the electrical and metal industry.
With a degree in electrical engineering from the renowned RWTH in Aachen, Mr. Schreiter started his career at MAN GHH, where he began as an electrical engineer and gained experience in engineering, sales & marketing and project management of electric steel plants over the course of his career. Prior to joining ABP, Mr. Schreiter was Chairman of the Management Board at ABB Automation Products GmbH, Managing Director at ABB Automation GmbH, Member of the Country Management of ABB AG, Head of Strategic Accounts ABB AG, Managing Director at SMS Demag South Africa, Head of Technical Sales Electric Steel Plants SMS Demag AG and Director Steel- and Ironmaking SMS Demag USA.
Bernd Bartelheimer – CFO
Bernd Bartelheimer has been Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at ABP Induction since 2006. After completing his MBA at the Business School of Ecole Supérieure de Commerce in Reims (France), he started his career with Arthur Andersen in Stuttgart as Senior Auditor. He later joined GEA Canzler GmbH as CO and was subsequently promoted to CFO of Finorga S.A.S., a sister company of GEA in France.
As part of the ABP management team, Mr. Bartelheimer brings a wealth of commercial and financial experience. His passion is to develop and lead teams by communicating clear objectives and a strategic vision. As part of the executive management team, Mr. Bartelheimer is involved in key decisions and helps set the future direction of the company.
Dr. Niels Hammer – COO
Dr. Niels Hammer has been Chief Operating Officer (COO) of ABP Induction since 2023. In his role, Dr. Hammer is part of ABP´s global executive management and, in addition, become managing director of the group’s largest entity, the Germany-based ABP Induction Systems GmbH. Dr. Hammer joined ABP from his former Position as CEO of NIMAK Group, a global supplier of industrial joining technology. His previous career stations were Santasalo / Moventas Gears, where he held the COO and CTO position for three years and Siemens AG (Flender AG), where he started his professional career in project management, production and inhouse consulting. He brings many years of experience in managing and developing project-oriented organizations with multi-national manufacturing sites and global value chains.
Dr. Hammer is directly responsible for the entire operations activities of the group, covering Global Production and Supply Chain Management as well as all areas related to order execution, including engineering, project management, installation, and commissioning.
